Product Confirmation:
Before shipping your order, we will send detailed photos of your sneakers for your review. This gives you the opportunity to inspect the quality, appearance, and overall condition of the product. You must confirm via email or message that you are satisfied with the product before we proceed with shipping.
Refunds Before Shipment:
You may request a refund before confirming the product and prior to shipment. If, upon reviewing the product photos, you are not satisfied with the quality or any other aspect, you are entitled to a full refund at that point. Refund requests must be made before shipment.
No Refunds After Shipment:
Once you have confirmed the product and we have shipped it from our facility, all sales are final. Due to the personalized confirmation process, we do not accept refund requests after the product has been shipped. By confirming your approval of the product, you agree that it meets your expectations, and no further refunds will be offered.
Shipping Times:
Our product sourcing takes 3-5 working days, and once approved, we ship through DHL with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks (14-30 days) depending on your location. Please ensure you are aware of the shipping timeline before confirming your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or does not match the item you approved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
