Once your order is successfully placed, SneaksLab takes extra measures to guarantee product quality. Within 3-5 business days, we will provide detailed quality inspection photos via WhatsApp or email. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you may request a replacement or cancellation before shipping. Only after receiving your confirmation will we carefully package and dispatch your order. Standard shipping takes approximately 7-28 business days after you have approved the Quality Check (QC) photos.
